In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to let life's demands overshadow our relationship with God. We often find ourselves trapped in a mundane routine and lose sight of our spiritual connection. To truly embrace God in daily life, we must understand His character and learn to invite Him into our everyday experiences. Our Triune God, is the Creator God of the Bible, consisting of God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. They each want you to embrace them as part of your life. They want to walk alongside you in your daily activities.
This is the journey of a lifetime when you commit your heart and life to Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord! This journey is based on personal interaction with each person of God. It results in what we refer to as "spiritual growth." This steady growth leads to "spiritual maturity." But, some ask what is the "spiritual" in this growth and maturity. It is simply the work of the Holy Spirit as He transforms the steadfast follower of Jesus into the image of Jesus. So, this life-long journey is both a personal relationship and a process of being changed.
When you commit your life to Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit comes to live within you. You are born-again. He gives you a new nature that needs to grow over time. This growth produces changes within your mind and heart and is manifested in your outward behavior.
A believer who is growing spiritually will increasingly exhibit the following characteristics of the Holy Spirit, referred to as “the fruit of the Spirit,” or spiritual fruit. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. (Galatians 5:22-23 ESV)
To accelerate spiritual growth, seek God during the journey’s difficulties. Instead of being anxious or angry, believers can experience God’s peace in their hearts amid life’s difficulties. Sensing and responding to this need to spend more time with God can accelerate spiritual growth for Christians. This is because they learn to depend on the Father’s provisions, the Lord’s authority, and the Holy Spirit’s help when their own efforts fail. Many believers spend more time in prayer, studying the Bible, and talking with trusted Christian friends during difficult times.

Nigerian Ministry Training Christians with Who Is This God? Book
The AFRI-Mission Evangelism Network in Abuja, Nigeria launched their new training for Who Is This God? on February 4, 2024. This included distribution and training of our book to a large group of mature Nigerian Christians who received our book with gratitude and a willingness to read it and tell others about it.

“Who is this God?” A book written by Paul Bryan- an American author was launched in Nigeria at Antioch Christian Centre Abuja on the 4th of February 2024.
Oscar Amaechina, the president of Afri-mission and Evangelism Network who represented the author introduced the book to the audience and encouraged everyone to read the book to know the God of the Bible holistically, intelectually and empirically. The book was unveilled by Ubi. I. Ubi and with the help of others, he prayed that whoever reads the book should come to the knowledge of the God of the universe. The book was distributed to every attendee free of charge and many were happy and promised to read the book and share it with others.

About Paul Bryan
Paul Bryan’s passion has been knowing God and serving Him since he committed his life to Jesus Christ in 1976. Since then, he has developed and supervised ministries and taught many adult Bible study courses for Sunday School, mid-week studies, and home groups. This has been done for multiple churches of various denominations. The decades of ministry leadership and teaching enabled him to learn to serve people with varying degrees of spiritual maturity. This translated into the unique content and design for both of his books. His bachelor’s degree in psychology and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) were invaluable in his 30-year professional career in technology management as well as leadership and teaching in Christian ministries and organizations. As a university associate professor, Paul honed his communication skills, including identifying the learning needs of various audiences.
